| These are energetic and meditative mixed media works on paper and canvas exploring the artists' experiences of different locations. For each, the particular place is a strongly subjective one, offering a sense of personal identity. During this personal response the work evolves and takes on its meaning. At this point, the artists have common intentions - to extend this response and explore its value through their working methods. Both artists work in two dimensions but from here on they diverge and explore their individual mixed media processes. |
